Our 3rd trip with BoatBike Tours did not disappoint us. We love the smaller boats where we can get to know our fellow travelers well. The Fleur offered clean, neat, air conditioned cabins. Plenty of food and amazing dinners! Our 2 guides worked very hard to give us a wonderful experience, even with the change of itinerary caused by the drought in France. We had a perfect blend of biking through the countryside, visiting historic sites like the Castle at Fontainbleau and the village of Barbizon, plus touring a winery and an ostrich farm. The entire crew created an atmosphere where we passengers became a family for a week and we enjoyed getting to know guests from several countries who all shared a love of biking.

The app had many issues and our guides got lost almost every day. The guide should be more knowledgeable able bike repairs like flat tires. The boat and its crew were great.

I absolutely loved our tour guide Tamara! She made the trip very very special and most of all made us feel safe. I also appreciated the staff on the Fleur. However, I felt Peter ( the 2nd guide) could improve his explanations and patience with our group. He definitely favored the German guests over us Americans. I would be interested in another tour in the future, if Tamara was our guide.

I very much enjoyed my recent vacation with boat and bike tours in France. The landscape was stunning, the boat was clean and well kept. The boat staff were friendly and helpful. The food was very good especially the fresh fish meal. The bike tours were challenging for me but I enjoyed the experience. The weather was very hot, but there was areas on the boat to escape the heat when needed. There were always plenty of cold beverages available. I very much enjoyed sampling the local wines. Thank you

The trip was magnificent from start to finish. The scenery was gorgeous, the guides and crew were outstanding and the other passengers were terrific. I was a bit intimidated by the idea of hilly countryside but was able to manage it without an electric bike.

We had a wonderful experience in Burgundy biking from Moret-sur-Loing to Auxerre on the Fleur. Every day, there were two guided rides to choose from, one short and one longer. The routes were scenic and good for biking. Our guides were fun, informative and kept our cycling group safe. I had an E-bike and my husband had a regular bike and we always chose the long ride. The cabins were small but very comfortable and well organized with plenty of storage. The food was excellent and the crew went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our tour fun and relaxing. In 2019, we did the bike trip from Bruges to Amsterdam, also on the Fleur. We had a great time on both trips and highly recommend Boatbiketours.

The biking was excellent, but the boating less so. The Fleur was a bit disappointing as to space. There just wasn’t enough during breakfast, drinks and briefings. Food was not bad, but not wow. Financial matters were overemphasized. The cycling and company did make up for all that, though. The tour leaders were excellent.

We had a great time on our trip. We totally connected with all of the other passengers and enjoyed the camaraderie. The guides and rides were also wonderful. The guides were fun and knowledgeable and the scenery, especially on the long rides, was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the beautiful towns of Auxerre, Sens and Moret Sur Loing. While small, the cabins were comfortable with plenty of storage and the water pressure was great for showers. Our only “complaint” was that it was a trip through Burgundy France and the food and snacks were primarily Dutch. We had expected to have regional food and wines on the trip and were disappointed that that was not the case. More thought and attention need to be given to the food and wine experience on board as the location of this trip attracts foodies. Other than the food I would recommend the trip.

The trip was amazing. The guides were great, the food fantastic, accommodations excellent and the bikes well maintained. The sights and scenery were terrific and the cultural stops educational and fun. Oh, and the wine tasting excellent.

Great trip. Excellent food, friendly guides and crew. When we said we would appreciate swimming opportunities, the guides quickly arranged for that. This was my fifth trip with Boat Bike Tours and I hope to go again.
