From the warm greetings we received when we first came on board to the final hour of our trip, the crew on Magnicient IV were great. The accommodations, service, cleanliness, food and beverages were exceptional. I suggest that the woman bike guide needs additional training, she is not a good communicator. Her English is not up to the standard with the other members of the team. Very friendly and kind, but her knowledge is lacking.

Everything was amazing

The right combo of biking activity and other activities. Loved going through the little towns and cities of Belgium and Netherlands. Felt safe on bikes. 2 countries so bike friendly. Appreciated the other evening activities like beer tasting, chocolate tasting, etc. Tour guides were great. Knowledgeable about the history and made it interesting. Boat staff were personable, helpful (and hardworking !!). Food was great.

Knowledgeable and fun guides. Excellent boat crew. Cabins were clean and tidy. Good food.

Our overall experience with Boat Bike Tour was wonderful. Our guides were very knowledgeable and experienced. We enjoyed the variety of Belgium and the Netherlands, not only while we were biking but as we were traveling on the boat as well. As for the boat and her crew, can’t say enough about how they made everything comfortable. Cabins were always clean and comfortable, the meals were amazing. The crew worked very hard to make our experience the best it could be. I highly recommend Boat Bike Tour for a very enjoyable biking experience. My wife and I are great full to Peter and Marleen for making our trip amazing.

Guides were wonderful, helpful, entertaining and informative. Boat was comfortable and clean. Meals could be better, especially the breakfast and lunch. Maybe serve waffles or eggs, it was too repetitive. Staff was excellent

We had a couple in our group that wrecked their bikes 7 times in a day (once the woman ran into the back of me) so the guides wouldn’t let them continue riding. Kudos to the guides for making me and the rest of the group feel safe! The guides should be congratulated by the company for keeping everyone safe! I want to add the entire crew on Magnifique IV was fabulous, no they were better than fabulous! Keep them together if you can… I’ve given info to at least 8 people that have inquired about the trip. And we will be back for another BoatBikeTour!!!

The Magnifique IV is a beautiful boat. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service and guides were excellent and so accommodating. The chef prepared wonderful, authentic suppers, I especially enjoyed the BBQ one night…so much variety. I would recommend more variety for the breakfast. Also, I think a menu for the supper to show what was prepared would be nice. The bike routes were very nice, plus if we wanted to go individually, the guides were accommodating. We enjoyed the city walks with the tour guide. We had an amazing time and all the passengers were so much fun!

When unexpected things happened, the crew and guides were able to pivot and implement alternatives with almost no disruption for guests. This is the sign of an outstanding company. Would highly recommend!
