Description of the cabins
All 71 cabins are outside cabins and comfortably and tastefully furnished featuring en-suite facilities with shower/WC, hair dryer, air-conditioning, TV, on-board-radio, telephone and a small refrigerator.
Lower deck: 38 twin cabins and one single cabin. The twin-cabins are approx. 11 square meters in size and are equipped with two single beds – which can be turned into sofas during the day – in a right angle and a picture window (not to open). The single-cabin is also about the same size as a twin cabin with only one bed but otherwise has the same features.
Upper deck: 29 twin cabins, one triple cabin and two single cabins; all cabins are approx. 11 square meters in size with french balcony (= floor-to-ceiling windows which can be opened). Twin cabins with a sofa bed and a pullman bed (stowed during the day for more comfort). In the triple cabin the 3rd bed is folded down from the wall (max. 80 kg).
Description of the ship
On two passenger decks you will find a panoramic restaurant, a comfortable salon, two bars and an inviting foyer, a book corner, a small shop and a hairdresser’s salon. On the spacious, partly covered sun deck there are enough deck chairs available.

- Some concerns
The boat and cruise were wonderful! A couple of hiccups/suggestions: We missed one day of riding due to the locks breaking (unfortunate but not a big deal), so we were unable to make it back to Passau by boat. We were told that we would be disembarking in Pochlarn and transported by bus (again, understandable). However, that morning we were all required to get out of our rooms by 8:30 so they could clean. We weren’t due to get to Pochlarn until noon. Every passenger had to remove their luggage and wait in the lounge until disembarking. There were 2 bathrooms available for all passengers and I’m pretty sure that they would have had time to clean otherwise. There were no trips planned immediately afterwards. All translations to English ceased that morning also. This all took place after the crew had collected their reviews and tip envelopes. Honestly, it left a little bit of a bad taste in our mouths after what had been a really nice trip. We hope you’ll relay these comments to the SE group.

The boat was charming, the stops for bike riding the scenery was spectacular and staff worked very hard to make it a great trip.

Every member of the staff, from top to bottom was not only helpful but eager to lend a hand. The one thing that irritated me was how we were charged for so many things that should have been included in the original cost of the trip. For example, I asked for a glass of water. I got a very small one and then was charged a rather large amount for the water.
