We do our very best to ensure that you have a wonderful holiday. However, should there be any unexpected problems during your tour, please discuss this with your tour leader or the captain of the ship. If necessary, please contact us. By reporting your problems right away, you enable us to take action as soon as possible, in order find a solution to the problem.

If there was no satisfying solution to you problem and you want to file a complaint after your tour is over, please do so in writing (letter, email or fax) to Boat Bike Tours BV. We strive to respond in approximately 14 days. If necessary we will discuss the matter with the captain and/or tour leader.

If your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily on time, or if no redress has been obtained in this respect, the you can submit your complaint in writing until at the latest three months after the end of the trip (original date of departure) to the Dutch Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards, in Dutch De Geschillencommissie:
