Our tour guide worked very hard to ensure we were all fully briefed on each day’s route and timetable. The routes were varied and interesting and just the right length. The onboard accommodation and catering were fine.

Everything was well organized. Our tour guide was very thorough and helpful. My e-bike was not working and replacement was readily. Food and accommodations were good. One evening we had entertainment on board, which was a lot of fun. We endured a few days of rain on our tour, we had rain jackets, but still got very soaked, including our shoes. No opportunity to dry things out, so dress accordingly or take extras with. That was the only negative we experienced.

Really great food with a good ebike

Excellent tour, beautiful area to be exploring. Tour guide was amazing and the boat staff and hosts were attentive and focused on making our stay as good as possible. We had a great week!

Excellent guide. Loved the cycling& .comfortable equipment. Wonderful scenery,even in the rain! The towns were so quaint.

The crew on the Nassau were all committed to give us their best service. We were made welcome and our ride each day was made very enjoyable because all help and advice was given to get us out and back safely.

The tour itself was great. Accomodation on board was actually better than described. The cabins were basic but clean. When I reported a fault with the air conditioning it was dealt with the next day.The meals were well prepared and although there was limited choice they were of a good standard and enjoyable. The cycling trips were well organised with a helpful briefing each day and an approachable guide always available. The paper maps and guides were excellent so we didn’t even bother using the GPS supplied. All staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. The routes were well planned and gave us a real experience of the Netherlands. We rented two bicycles which were comfortable and well maintained. What really stood out for us was the way the office staff were flexible and helpful when about eight weeks before our trip it looked like we had to cancel at least part of it due to illness. All in all it was a great trip and we are looking forward to using Boat and Bike tours again in the future.

Everyone on board was very nice. The rides were fun. The Dinners were fantastic great job. A few constructive comments I can make is send out the links for the rides ahead of time so they can be downloaded at home. Beer prices onboard were fair but the amount of soda very little for 3.75 euros was crazy.

This was our 3rd boat and bike trip. And the 2nd time on the Hansa highlights route. The crew, food,drink, and accommodations were 5 star.
