Excellent guide, well organised set-up, Generous meals and responsive to guest feedback. Our most positive memories are of the cycling through the roads of country France, enjoying the spring flowers and weather.

I enjoyed the cycling, and the dinners were terrific. But the rooms weren‘t clean, and apart from leading the biking, the guide didn‘t offer much by way of introducing us to the region or specific towns. It was rather perfunctory.

The food was excellent and the chef should be commended. The boat was very clean, but our room 4 had a sewer smell to it. Air conditioning was a bonus. The biking route was good the last 3 days, but relatively boring the first 3 days. Our guide was nice, but he did not provide much information at our stops in small towns along our route. It would be nice if the guide would give us the historical significance of each place we stopped for coffee, lunch, etc. He also let the group spread out way too much, which is a dangerous situation, and a problem if he is needed like for a flat tire or a chain off. The staff on the boat were excellent and was obvious that they enjoyed their jobs. We enjoyed the sailing part, which was relaxing after a long bike ride. This proved to be a very well organized, but at the same time, relaxed tour, perfect for a very enjoyable vacation. It involved a surfeit of beautiful scenery linked with interesting historical sites. This, coupled with a terrific tour guide and boat staff, makes this a tour highly recommended for all.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Accommodations were good, food was good and the tour guide (Hugo) went above and beyond to make the daily rides Informative and enjoyable.

My Boat Bike experience in Provence was delightful. One of the outstanding factors was the onboard atmosphere created by the crew and guide. They were professional, upbeat, courteous, approachable and engaging. Attention to detail was good. The tour planning/itinerary was good and certainly captured the highlights of the region. Meals were well conceived and executed to give a taste of the area, and the amount of food presented was just right. Appreciated the flexibility regarding wines vs corkage. The cabins were smaller than expected, but adequate; the only downside was the poor shower drainage. Overall, a fun, easy-going experience.

Our trip in the Provence/Camargue region was truly a trip of a lifetime. Our tour leader was incredibly knowledgeable of the route and history related to this area. He was passionate in helping us understand political changes over the centuries. His energy and emotional caring for all of the members of the group was remarkable. The bike routes were skillfully chosen for safety and access to many beautiful sights. The captain, steward, and cook worked hard to create a beautiful and memorable experience for all of us. This is our third bike/boat trip in Europe and we are already planning for another. Thank you for giving us this wonderful experience.

Fantastic trip! The accommodations were OK and the guides were fun. Sara, the Chef, is out of this world! We enjoyed the trip immensely. It would have been nice to have guided trips into town each evening as we have done on other lines, but we figured it out as we went along.

The crew on the Caprice was excellent very friendly and professional. Only disappointment was the itinerary had to be changed a couple of times due to the hot temperatures and fires in the area. Our tour leader Makayla did her best to give us a great experience. Thanks for a good week.

All was good. Our guide was not efficient at making sure all the cyclist were present before giving us a talk about local sites. Also there were times when we cycled against traffic on a very narrow street. I had a close encounter when a car clipped my handle bars. We all should have been walking on that particular narrow street. Other than that he was very attentive at meeting our needs.
