Dear Lynn, your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we are very sorry for the last-minute change to your tour arrangements. On this exceptional occasion, due to bureaucratic reasons out of our control the boat you were scheduled on was not permitted to sail. For this we are extremely sorry. The following options were provided: – cancel with a full refund – reschedule your travel plans at no additional cost – take part on an alternative tour program with the same departure date Upon request, arrangements were made to relocate you from Greece to Croatia for participation on an alternative boat and bike departure. All additional travel costs were covered along with a substantial refund as a token of our apology for this inconvenience. We are sorry to hear that the meals and some service aspects on board did not fulfil your expectations, and we have since been in contact with the team on board in our ambition to accommodate improvements in these areas. We greatly appreciate the flexibility that you demonstrated in working together with us to accommodate your alternative travel plans and we hope that the impressions gathered throughout the daily cycling tours and excursions have left you with some lasting memories of Croatia as a new travel destination.
